Private Lessons
30 minute – 1 hour sessions
Private lessons are a great way to reach your personal goals faster. Our certified coaches will work with you one-on-one to achieve the skills you're looking to master. Coaches may change from week to week depending on our class schedule.
Please email rec@kawarthagymnastics.ca with your request for private lessons.
If you have a lesson booked, and you do not call the main office to cancel, you will be charged for not showing up.
*Effective July 27, 2026, we will charge 2.4% to every transaction paid with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. This does not apply to debit cards (bank draft EFT) or other forms of payment.

GYMNASTICS ONTARIO MEMBERSHIP:
ANNUAL FEE: $44
Upon registration, all athletes will be required to pay their Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee. This insurance is valid for all programs and events we offer from July 1 to June 30th each year.
Drop-In Programs
KG offers a variety of unstructured drop-in programs. Drop-in's are a great opportunity to explore our facility without the pressure of a structured group setting!
Toddler Drop-In
BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 8th, 2026

Our toddler drop-in is for children walking-age 5. This unstructured playtime allows your children to explore our facility, use the trampolines, foam pit and make new friends!

Adult Drop-In
Monday 8:30-10:00pm
Thursday 8:30-10:00pm (Beginning in September)
Our Adult Drop-In program is for athletes age 16+. Come and try something new at your own pace! Our supervisor can walk you through something new and ensures everyone is participating safely!

Homeschool Drop-In
BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 8th, 2026
Monday 12:00-2:00pm
Our homeschool drop-in is for school aged (5+) children. This unstructured playtime allows your children to explore our facility, use the trampolines, foam pit and make new friends! Drop-in is coach supervised and participants must follow our safety rules.

Adaptive Drop-In
BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 8th, 2026
Wednesday 12:00-2:00pm
Our Adaptive Drop-in is for participants of any age with sensory needs. This drop-in time can accommodate low noise levels, dim lights or other sensory needs preferred by the participants!
This drop-in time is coach supervised and our staff are happy to help suggest equipment modifications for participants with mobility challenges.
